Carlton “CB” Bone is a medical anthropologist dedicated to helping demystify the cannabinoid craze.
Since founding the Upward Cannabis Kitchen in 2016, CB has looked for opportunities to create success through thought leadership; networking & civic engagement; with an emphasis on socially conscious and environmentally regenerative innovation. Working with clients in the medical, manufacturing, and marketing niches of the cannabis and hemp industries, CB has developed a unique perspective on cannabis that translates into actionable insights on everything from consumer habits and behaviors to regulatory and market dynamics at the national and international levels.
Since finishing a Master’s of Anthropology at Portland State University (Spring ‘23) CB is available for consulting services and academic projects. Current areas of focus include:
