R/THCO Netnography Poster

The availability of bio-synthetic cannabinoids (meaning synthetic cannabinoids derived from phytocannabinoids through processes such as isomerization, including most notably Delta-8 and THC-O) is of growing interest to regulators across the country. The prevalence of this phenomenon, its safety, and potential risks, as well as the ramifications on consumers and industry stakeholders alike, remains unclear. However, the ease and accessibility of these products show no signs of abating, while interest continues to mount spurred on by several phenomena. This poster was presented at the 2022 Cannabis Clinical Outcomes Research Conference (CCORC).
